Two Months

It's been two months since I was RIF'ed.  This is such a colossal waste of time and money.  People keep saying that the point was never to weed out waste, fraud, and abuse.  The point was to cause trauma to the federal workforce.  Is that really true?  How can people be so cruel?  And to what end?  Like are they all getting rich off this somehow?  I know the fascist is but also the M*G* people?  I find it hard to believe that anyone is getting money out of this other than those who had money to begin with.  This is all pointless and perhaps that is what bothers me the most.  There is no discernible purpose or utility to any of this other than to make a mere 20,000 people feel "trauma."  Even that seems like they've been ineffective.  I'm pretty sure a lot of us are just angry and will move on.  Were we so weak that we'd crumble under all this?  No.  We will endure.
